Unfortunately, Macon-Bibb Economic Opportunity Council (EOC) has depleted its current funding for the Bibb County Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

We understand how important this assistance is to our community, and we appreciate your patience. We anticipate opening for the Heating Assistance Program around November 2025 or December 2025. (1) If you received energy assistance since April 2025, you are currently ineligible for additional assistance at this time.
(2) Households with a bill credit of $1,000 or more are ineligible for LIHEAP benefits.
